Guests enjoyed a guided tour of the historic gardens followed by a sumptuous High Tea with a complimentary glass of bubbles in the Clydesdale Pavilion.
Our High Tea included a selection of savoury and sweet morsels prepared by the Anlaby Chef and accompanied by a glass of Levrier Meslier sparkling wine by local Barossa winemaker; Levrier by Jo Irvine, with unlimited tea and coffee and chilled water.
The guided tour of the garden included access to the shade houses, glasshouse and the walled vegetable garden where we grow vegetables and herbs for use in the house. The formal areas of the garden are also included together with the rockery and water-wise plantings, where we are introducing sedums, succulents and agaves for year-round colour.
