Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 28 days of date of purchase for refund of the product price (exclusive of cost of postage).
The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached.  Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Anlaby reserves the right not to accept your return. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
 
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
 
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Anlaby will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying Anlaby either by email or phone within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser’s original payment method.
